Technical support and maintenance

Working with our close network of partners and manufacturers, free-of-charge, first-line support is offered on most of our products. Tailored support contracts can be drawn up to give you the exact level of cover that your organisation specifically requires. Contracts can encompass on-site, telephone- or remote support, depending on the solution.

In terms of faulty items, most products are covered by a 30-day DOA period. Once this has elapsed, equipment is repaired or replaced in accordance with the relevant manufacturer’s warranty procedure.

Having installed more than 16 cameras and the associated software, we have been extremely impressed with our Axis products, and the sales and follow-up support from Network Technologies has been superb.
