On-site Installation

We work with a network of strategic partners to enable us to undertake professional on-site installations.

Whether you are looking to implement an IP Surveillance solution, a brand new Audio Visual system, or integrate Cisco networking hardware into an existing infrastructure we have access to the very best, accredited engineers for the work.

A site survey is offered where required, and all installations are fully qualified directly by the relevant engineers. No installation is too big or too small, so please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Product Loan and Hire

For evaluation purposes we can usually loan equipment to you, but this will depend partially on the vendor and the exact nature of the project. In terms of Audio Visual solutions we offer very attractive hire rates, so if you have a short-term requirement to display a presentation, or even a live sporting event we can usually help!

If you are considering IP-Surveillance we have access to a range of IP network cameras and video servers which we can supply on a sale or return basis, as well as a limited amount of evaluation stock.

Technical Support and Maintenance

Working with our close network of partners and manufacturers free of charge first line support is offered on all of our products. Tailored support contracts can be drawn up to give you the exact level of cover that your organisation specifically requires. Contracts can encompass on-site, telephone or web based support depending on the solution.

In terms of faulty items, most products are covered by a 30 day DOA period. Once this has elapsed equipment is repaired or replaced in accordance with the relevant manufacturer's warranty procedure.
