Network Technologies was established over 20 years ago to provide the educational and scientific research community of Cambridge with data networking solutions.
We pride ourselves on our service, with over 85% of our revenue coming from existing customers and recommendations. You will be given a single point of contact, with genuine product knowledge and industry experience, who will look after you through pre-sales to post-sales, responding quickly and professionally whether you prefer contact by phone or email.
Because we have been established for so long we have built very strong partnerships with the industry’s leading manufacturers and have a network of contacts that we truly believe is second to none. This means that we can call upon trusted experts as and when required, enabling us to manage a diverse range of projects. In recent years these have included the implementation of IP-CCTV surveillance and access control systems, site-wide managed wireless networks, data centre power management, the virtualisation of server farms and much more.
Our network of 18 Axis cameras gives us the versatility to monitor all aspects of the 220-acre stud farm from foaling mares to access security. The cameras are monitored 24 hours a day from a number of on-site and off-site locations. If required we can view the cameras from any remote internet connection. One recent addition to our Axis camera network is that of a PTZ (pan, tilt and zoom) camera, which is used during the day to monitor mares in the paddocks during the foaling season.
